Jenna Pauly is a PhD student in her first year. She graduated from Murray State University with her cachelor and master’s degree both in organizational communication and leadership. While obtaining both degrees, she was part of the Murray State Track and Field team where she developed her research interests in sports communication, specifically team communication and coach and athlete relationships.
