Alan and Wendy Wilson Communication and Leadership Academy

The Wilson Academy is a collaboration between CCI and the Haslam College of Business that helps students build foundational knowledge in leadership, communication, and business via hands-on learning and industry-focused development opportunities.

CCI Land Ambassadors

The Land Ambassador program gives students an opportunity to understand how an academic unit works through
helping with College of Communication and Information events and community outreach, giving tours to prospective students and families, and aiding with recruitment and retention.

The LEO Events Fellows Program is a one-year apprenticeship program associated with the Corporate Event Strategy, Promotion, and Production minor. Participants engage in specialized professional development, hands-on opportunities, and personalized mentorship.

Nexus Living Learning Community (LLC)

Nexus LLC is an initiative to help first-year communication and information students find belonging and community as they live on the same floor, take classes together, and are given extra support and opportunities to help them succeed, including: tutoring sessions, teamwork building, study groups, and more.
