Austin Byerly (PR ’18) studied abroad with Professor Candice White on the Public Relations in Siena program for six weeks during the summer of 2017. UT Senior Studies Journalism in Germany, Learns Value of Slower Pace
Eric Gedenk went to Germany to study post-WWII press systems, but came home having learned something else, too: There’s value in slowing down and appreciating the small things in life. Gedenk, of Chicago, Illinois, is a senior pursuing a double major in German and journalism and electronic media. He was in Germany from May 8 to May 26.
