Joel Moroney has more than two decades of experience as a criminal justice reporter, journalist, and commercial legal writer. Moroney spent nearly 10 years as a newspaper reporter for Gannett in both Ohio (Mansfield News Journal) and Florida (Fort Myers News-Press) before starting Law Firm Ghost Writer LLC, which provided website content for law firms nationwide. He earned an undergraduate degree in journalism from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Communication and Information from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is currently studying the Oak Ridge Journal, the World War II newspaper that served Clinton Engineer Works in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, during the production of the uranium and plutonium (later produced in larger quantities in Washington State) that fueled the atomic bombs used to end the war.
