Getting Started with Handshake
The first step to connecting with CCI students for jobs and internships is to register with Handshake.
Handshake is UT’s online recruiting portal where employers can post internship and job opportunities for free. There are many benefits to using Handshake as an employer:
- You can search student resumes, post events, and request on-campus interview dates through the system.
- You gain insight into which students are viewing, eligible, and applying for your positions.
- Handshake facilitates coordinated communication with you regarding opportunities to connect with UT’s employer relations programming.
The account registration process is quick and easy. To get started go to Handshake for Employers and make sure to select the University of Tennessee as one of your schools.
