CCI Communications and Marketing Project Request Form

This form is for projects in the College of Communication and Information. If you are in another unit on campus, please visit the UT Office of Communications and Marketing contact form.  

Our services to the College of Communication and Information include graphic design, content creation, website updates, media relations, photography, videography, and others as needed.

If you properly submit this form, it will immediately show a confirmation page and you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see the confirmation page nor receive an email, you did not fill out all the required fields. Please ensure you fill out ALL the required fields.
