Whitney Tipton is an organizational communication consultant who has managed strategic communication campaigns at various state and federal agencies, as well as nonprofit and commercial organizations.
Previous projects include the DoNation Campaign at the Health Resources and Services Administration, the Conflict Observatory at the Department of State, various projects within the Federal Home Loan Banks system, and contracts at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Department of Energy, and Federal Emergency Management Agency. She most recently advised the State of Tennessee Department of Health on updating online courses to reach ADA compliance.
She is the author of several peer reviewed publications, various government manuals and reports, and two textbooks. She just finished updating her second textbook, Business Communication for the Modern Workplace.
