Sieun Ha is a former-advertiser-turned-scholar. She spent six years as an account planner at the largest ad agency in South Korea and led consumer and market research projects in global markets.

Her research is inspired by her past professional experience. As a researcher who has been trained in both commercial and academic settings, she is interested in information processing, message competitiveness (ad clutter), and policy frameworks in the context of digital media using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
