Two SIS professors earned top honors for the College of Communications and Information at the recent University of Tennessee, Knoxville, 2019 Research Awards Luncheon, which is sponsored by the Office of Research and Engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chancellor\u2019s Professor Suzie Allard was awarded the Research Spotlight Award, which, according to ORE, \u201cRecognizes the top research scholar within each college or collegiate division as defined by data from Elements reflecting total research expenditures and external facilities and administration.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chancellor\u2019s Professor Carol Tenopir was awarded the Top Citations by College, which, \u201cRecognizes the individual with highest total number of citations by college or collegiate division.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These awards recognize the hard work and dedication of SIS faculty to research and education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
