Scripps Lab Reservation Requests

SCL is a CCI space and approval of reservations is done by the dean’s office. CCI students, faculty, and staff are given priority for use.

Reserve

Scripps Convergence Lab uses 25Live, the campus-wide room scheduling system, for reserving rooms. 25Live requires NetID login and pages open in a new browser tab/window.

402D (Williams Conference Room)

Furnishings:
Conference table with seating for 14 plus 6 extra chairs (20 total). The table measures 14 feet long by 4 feet wide at the center (tapering slightly at the ends).

Technology:
46 inch LCD screen with Mac mini computer. A wireless keyboard and mouse are available at the SCL front desk.

402F (Observation Room)

Furnishings:
Movable tables and seating available.

Technology:
One-way mirror looking into the Williams Conference Room
Stereo audio recording capability
One video feed recording capability
Please provide a memory card, USB drive, or other storage media for transfer of recorded material

402G (Ed Ingle Theater)

Furnishings:
Multi-function space that can be used by groups for gatherings. It has movable tables and seating for up to 100.

Technology:
Overhead projector, 6000 lumen, capable of up to 1080p HD, 1920×1080 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio. HDMI and VGA video connections
Podium with Windows 10 laptop, wired network connection, microphone, and speakers.
