Accreditation Information<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The School of Journalism and Media at the University of Tennessee<\/strong> is one of the premier schools in the country, with its graduates employed by some of the most prominent media outlets, from CNN to ESPN and the Discovery Channel, The Wall Street Journal<\/em> to Sports Illustrated<\/em> and The Tennessean<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With immersive, hands-on experiences in our classrooms, The Media Center, and with industry partners, the school provides an optimum experience for future leaders in journalism and media. Our students enjoy internships with some of the top media outlets, both national and international, and global experiences in Spain (semester in Valencia), the United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic (summer programs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faculty members<\/a> of the school have extensive media experience and are some of the most distinguished scholars in the field. They are dedicated to providing an outstanding educational experience to their students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
