His research centers on understanding how various PR phenomena\u2014such as crises, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and corporate social advocacy (CSA)\u2014affect other organizations and entire industries within inter-organizational contexts. He applies a quantitative approach to explore these impacts in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
