Office of Undergraduate Programs and Advising

Advisors in the Office of Undergraduate Programs & Advising help each student tailor an academic program to fit the student’s interests, goals, and abilities within the criteria set by the faculty leading toward completion of a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, depending on the student’s major. Advisors serve as sources of information about university and college policies, procedures and appropriate campus resources. They help each student explore career related goals and seek practical experiences.

Office of Advancement

The Office of Advancement works to create a culture of philanthropy in CCI, where everyone can light the way for future Volunteers through financial support. Investments from our alumni, friends, and corporate partners provide opportunities for our students through scholarships, innovative programs, and career-oriented experiences. It takes a Volunteer to keep CCI prepared for the next generation of thoughtful and innovative communicators.

Office of Communications and Marketing

The Office of Communications and Marketing enthusiastically promotes research, scholarship, and creative activity of the College of Communication and Information and its students, faculty, and staff to internal and external stakeholders through a variety of communications channels. Our collaborative team works closely with the college and its units to strategize and execute impactful communications that advance CCI’s objectives and align with the university’s key focus areas.

Office of Finance, Administration, and Operations

The Office of Finance, Administration, and Operations (OFAO) is comprised of two units that are vital to the planning and execution of CCI’s mission, The Office of Finance, and Administration (OFA) and the Office of Information Technology and Facilities (CCI Tech). OFA provides budget, finance, compliance, human resource management, and other administrative support to the Office of the Dean and the other administrators across CCI. CCI Tech supports the physical technology and infrastructure in the classrooms, labs, and office areas of the college as well as supporting instruction and research software, websites, and other online channels of the college.
