Dean Mike Wirth recently announced that CCI has raised $16M surpassing its “Join the Journey Campaign” goal of $15 million and making CCI the second UT college to exceed its campaign goal.
“The willingness of our alumni and friends to invest in CCI is a testament to our wonderful students, faculty, staff and alumni,” said Wirth. “The incredible generosity of our Volunteer family serves as an inspiration to all of us on Rocky Top. Thanks to everyone for your continued willingness to pay it forward!”
Wirth went on to say that, the college will continue to provide alumni and friends with the opportunity to invest in CCI with the hope of raising an additional $5M (for a total of $20M) by the end of the current campaign.
He also expressed his deepest thanks to the CCI Join the Journey Campaign Committee: David Bohan and Missy Wallen (co-chairs), and Bonnie Carroll, John Haas, Ed Ingle, Mark McNeely, Hilda Murray, Larry Patrick (honorary chair), Ed Patterson, Phenise Poole, Carol Poston, John T.
