Claudia Coco, Recent JEM graduate (BA ’17) and former UT volleyball player, was featured in a front page article in the May 8 sports section of the Knoxville News Sentinel. In the article, Coco is quoted as saying, “I’m competitive. Baker Donahue, a Communication Studies junior, was one of four UT students to receive a Boyd Venture Challenge Award. He will use the $5,000 award to scale up his business venture, In With the Old, a social media-based clothing retail service. The company uses online auctions to sell repurposed vintage college apparel. Donahue plans to hire a web developer and expand his business to other college campuses.
Tennessee placed 41 student-athletes on the 2016-17 Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll including seven CCI majors.

He was seen breaking out his orange cape as he strode across the stage at CCI’s commencement ceremony with his orange mask secured to his mortarboard.
