April 2017: Student News

Baker Donahue, a junior in communication studies from Franklin, Tennessee, took home second place in the lifestyle category in the recently completed UT Graves Business Plan Competition. Donahue was awarded a cash prize for his business plan for his company, In With the Old, a social-media-based clothing retail service which uses online social auctions to sell repurposed vintage college apparel. The company began at UT and now includes four additional college campuses.
Three communication studies student presenters represented CCI at the poster session of the UT Exhibition of Undergraduate Research and Creative Achievement (EUReCA).
