Mark Geller began his new role as CCI director of development at the beginning of January. He comes to CCI with 12 years of sales and marketing experience including: six years as Adidas sports marketing and NCAA manager (2010-2016) and four years as assistant director of marketing for Duquesne University’s Athletics Department (2006-2010).
“Mark Geller is a great addition to CCI’s team as we continue to build and expand our development efforts,” said CCI Dean Mike Wirth. “His marketing and strategic management experience coupled with his ability to build strong relationships will play a key role in helping CCI achieve its Journey to the Top 25 campaign goals.”
Geller holds an undergraduate degree in sports education from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s in Sport Leadership from Duquesne University. He and his wife, Michelle, a senior major gifts officer for UT Medical Center, have a 3 month old daughter, Aerin Estelle.
