CCI’s 2014 PR Day took place on Nov. 7 in Patrick Auditorium with 125 participants from UT and five other universities. This year’s event was held completely on campus and featured over 30 CCI alumni as the subject matter experts. The three panel discussions were: “Go Big Orange – Alumni Adventures,” “Explore the World of Arts and Entertainment: Perspectives – UT Style” and “Women of Wisdom – Orange and Proud.” Each panel featured UT alumni working in a variety of roles and industries including entertainment, government, large and small business and the U.S. military.
Round table sessions were organized into nine industry groups. The sessions allowed students to take an in-depth look at the public relations area in which they were most interested. To view more details on the panel and round table sessions, see http://utprday.weebly.com/.
