WUTK will celebrate College Radio Day 2014 on Friday, October 3rd with a one day fund drive raising money for the self-supporting broadcasting lab and radio station.  Live in-station performances by musicians, live interview with WUTK alumni, premium auctions, surprise announcements, and much more will highlight the day’s programming.  If you wish to make a  tax deductible donation to the WUTK Gift Fund, the link is at the top of the home page.   Last year, the station raised over $30,000 for its capital fund to replace their aging transmitter tower.

Congratulations to WUTK for again being voted Knoxville’s Best Radio Station in the Metro Pulse annual awards. WUTK has won this “Best of Knoxville” award every year since 2006.
