Kickoff Breakfast Speaker Andy Havens – 2013 Social Media Week

Andy HavensAndy Havens is a marketing and social media guy, teacher, writer and speaker. He spent 10 years (and millions of other people’s dollars) in the trenches of retail wireless marketing, has consulted for large law firms and other business-to-business organizations, and now works in the non-profit sector for OCLC, makers of WorldCat and keepers of Dewey. He co-authored, “Sharing, Privacy and Trust in Our Networked World,” contributed the first entry on blogging to the Association of Legal Administrator’s Management Encyclopedia, and manages OCLC’s blogs,Facebook and Twitter presences. Andy is the managing editor of the OCLC NextSpace magazine which goes out to around 50,000 libraries several times a year. He is also an adjunct professor of marketing and advertising at CCAD, the Columbus College of Art and Design.
