CCI’s 2011 Executive Education program will offer two classes – Strategies for Effective Communication and Information in the Corporate World and Crisis Communication and Media Relations: Strategies for Survival. Each course will be offered twice during 2011.
The first course, Strategies for Effective Communication and Information in the Corporate World, focuses on the most compelling challenges faced by leaders today. It provides practical, applied strategies for identifying the most effective communication and information techniques to use and provides information system strategies and approaches to help achieve organizational success.
The second course, Crisis Communication and Media Relations: Strategies for Survival, will help leaders and corporations better understand how to cope with crises, communicate with their customers, and deal with the media. Participants will learn to develop communication and media relations strategies to deal with organizational and personal crises. Learning how to minimize the damage done to corporate and personal reputation and image as a result of a crisis will be a major focus of the course.
