School of Information Sciences Presents Annual Student Awards

The School of Information Sciences presented scholarships and awards to its top students on Thursday, May 10, at the school's annual Hooding Ceremony.

"I am very pleased with the quality of this year's nominations. The winners have exceeded our expectations and have shown outstanding intellectual rigor in all that they do," said Ed Cortez, director of the School of Information Sciences.

Award winners were selected by the SIS Student Affairs Committee, which is chaired by Dr. Bharat Mehra.
