Accessing CRS

One of this morning's interesting posts on some of the blogs I peruse is the fact that someone has dumped 10 years of Congressional Research Service reports to Wikileaks. 

The CRS reports are public documents prepared for Congress, but interestingly, are not generally publicly released, nor are they subject to Freedom of Information requests.  Historically, they are available to members of Congress, who can release them if they so choose, but are otherwise unavailable to either the press or the public.

I've already found a number of interesting reports on media & information policy issues and proposals; I'm sure there's a wealth of info for scholars and investigative reporters.
