Tools for Investigative Journalists panel

ETSPJ presents "Tools for Investigative Journalists" Thursday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Baker Center conference room. Panelists Don Dare, Scott Barker and Rick Hollow will share information all investigative journalists can use when putting together stories. Don Dare, reporter for WATE, will share personal experiences and tips for budding investigate broadcast journalists, and Scott Barker, reporter for News Sentinel, will do the same for print journalists. Rick Hollow, laywer who won the News Sentinel case against the commissioner regarding open meetings, will present legal issues journalists should be aware of when doing good investigative reporting. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
