Bio
Lu Tang joined the faculty of the School of Communication Studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2007 after earning her PhD from Annenberg School for Communication, University of Southern California. Dr. Tang conducts research on organizational communication, social network analysis, globalization, and corporate social responsibility. She is especially interested how globalization influences today’s organizations in the following areas: operation, communication, knowledge management, innovation, culture, and ethics. She teaches undergraduate courses in organizational communication and communication theory as well as graduate courses on organizational and team communication.
